Methodology Note

FieldVera evaluates legal robustness through a risk-benefit lens. We prioritize user autonomy while maintaining strict adherence to EU digital services regulations. Our approach is designed to be resilient against evolving platform policies while ensuring the integrity of our tactile gaming environments.

By accessing FieldVera applications, you acknowledge that our software is a "living architecture"—subject to updates, refinements, and performance-based shifts intended to preserve the user experience.

The FieldVera Application License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to interact with our digital artifacts for personal, non-commercial use. This license is the "Field Frame" within which you may explore our mechanics. It does not constitute a sale. Title and ownership of all intellectual property within the software remain exclusively with FieldVera.

Usage Boundaries:
  • No reverse-engineering or decompiling of game assets.
  • No extraction of sand-physics engines for external rendering.
  • Redistribution of compiled binaries is strictly prohibited.

Player Authenticity and Identity

When establishing an identity within FieldVera applications, you are the sole architect of your security credentials. We do not solicit password data outside of the secure login interface.

Vera Audit: Account Protocol

Security is a shared responsibility. Authenticating with FieldVera implies you accept the following hardware/software constraints:

Requires valid device identifiers for hardware-linked progress.

Loss of access due to compromised keys is the user's liability.

Systematic Misconduct (Prohibited)

The integrity of the FieldVera experience rests on the level playing field. Any behavior that circumvent's the application's intended logic or "Core Loop" constitutes a material breach of these terms.

Botting & Automation

Scripts designed to manipulate haptic sequences or automated asset farming are detected and flagged immediately.

Market Exploitation

Commercial trading of in-game signatures or currency outside of official channels is strictly forbidden.

Functional Disclaimer

FieldVera applications are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not guarantee that your specific hardware configuration will resolve rendering textures flawlessly. The trade-off between visual fidelity and battery longevity is a design decision moderated by the application's internal hardware detection.

Texture Analysis
Financial Finality

All virtual acquisitions—including unlockable game mechanics and aesthetic layers—are final. Refund eligibility is determined by the respective storefront provider (Apple App Store / Google Play).

No Warranty
Service Modifications

FieldVera reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature within the applications without notice. Changes to these terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" marker. Continued usage constitute acceptance of the evolved framework.

Jurisdiction and Concord

These conditions of service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from the interpretation of this architectural framework shall be resolved within the courts of Berlin.

If any part of these terms is deemed unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining structures shall remain in full effect, ensuring the continuity of the FieldVera platform.
